Order and availability
All orders are based on demand and subject to availability.
Customers must submit their order using the official MBizM order form.
Orders will only be processed after full payment has been verified.
Lead time
Estimated lead time is 7–10 working days for West Malaysia and 10–14 working days for East Malaysia. Lead time begins upon order confirmation and successful payment.
Refunds, exchanges and cancellations
All orders are strictly non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
Orders that have already been processed cannot be cancelled, and appeals for cancellation will not be entertained.
Promotional pricing
Any promotional price or discount is valid for a limited time only and may change without prior notice.
The stated price is per item or per set unless otherwise specified.
Printing and delivery notes
MBizM is not responsible for delays caused by third-party courier services once the item has been dispatched.
Minor variations in colour, print alignment, or finishing may occur due to printing processes and are considered acceptable industry standards.
Defective items
If you receive a defective item, notify MBizM within 48 hours of receipt and provide clear photo evidence for review.
