Kindly be informed that in consonance with the latest circular by HRDF on the 25th of January 2021, all trainings conducted by training provider must be registered with HRDF under the SBL KHAS scheme. This circular will be effective from 1st April 2021. To ensure smooth transaction on both training provider (TP) and client’s sides, please refer the SBL KHAS scheme Process Map/Flow Chart to understand better on the process.
On our side as a training provider, we will obtain confirmation of the training program from client which includes;
- Date of trainings
- Number of participants
- Mode of training (online/ classroom)
- Courses (Yellow, Green, Black or Master Black Belt)
After that, once client confirms the training program with all the details needed via email, client will have to request documents and details for HRDF grant application. Then, training provider will have to provide;
- Course content
- Trainer’s profile
Next, client have to apply for HRDF SBL KHAS Grant and HRDF will verify and approves the grant. Once training provider received approval email from HRDF, training provider proceeds to conduct and complete training as required in the proposal. Training provider will need to bring few documents during the training;
After that, training provider will submit claim documents and endorsed attendance list. Once HRDF verifies claim details and approve claim, training provider will receive notification of approved claim via email. Training provider will receive payment between 7 working days.
